Blue & Gold Brewing Co. is a Marquette University student run business. With a successful start in the craft beer community, they recognized an opportunity to expand their product line to include a different kind of brew. In collaboration with partners from Stone Creek Coffee Roasters, this team was tasked with developing a new, Marquette-inspired coffee package for the holiday season.
