FlexRide Milwaukee

FlexRide Milwaukee is a “last mile” transit service connecting city workers to suburban employers. After launching in early 2022, the pilot faced low awareness and needed growth to survive. This campaign energized the community—engaging local businesses, nonprofits, and elected officials through strategic social and PR efforts. The result: record ridership, expanded funding through 2024, and new services including broader coverage, childcare connections, and 24-hour weekday operations.
